Lost Boy, a multi-instrumentalist from Pakistan, has been deeply immersed in music since his early years. His diverse talents include playing the sitar, guitar, singing, and drumming for a death metal band.
Currently, Lost Boy is one half of the renowned DJ/producer duo, Talal & Zoi. Their captivating music has found a home on esteemed labels like Dirtybird, Rawthentic, Kindish, and Traum. The duo’s captivating performances have taken them across Europe, where they graced stages at Mood family and Kindisch showcases, and even headlined at Kater Blau. Their signature style blends melodic dark room sounds, captivating audiences worldwide.
In addition to his work with Talal & Zoi, Lost Boy has also made solo contributions to the music scene. His individual tracks have seen releases on prominent labels such as Bar25 Music, Sol Selectas, and Warung Recordings, and lately on Saqib’s imprint Beats On Time. These releases have earned him recognition and opportunities to perform in countries like Portugal, Germany, USA, Thailand, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Peru. Notably, he had the honor of opening for HVOB during their latest album tour.
Lost Boy also spearheads a Toronto-based record label and art collective known as “For The People.” The platform has been instrumental in showcasing talents of artists like Frivolous, Hauy, Nature of Music, El Mundo, Saqib, Sam Jaspersohn, and, of course, Talal & Zoi. Additionally, For The People takes pride in organizing festivals and events, collaborating with notable names like Jeff Mills, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Rodriguez Jr., Tube & Berger, Matthias Meyer, Stimming, Vaal, Stavroz, and HVOB, further enriching the musical landscape.
