Misty fell in love with music young and played his first DJ set at 15. Born in Madrid to Egyptian parents, he honed a deep-house sound built on bouncy basslines, disco sparkle, and flashes of electro.
By 2018, When We Dip named him one of its “Artists to Watch,” and he became a fixture on Egypt’s electronic circuit.
The spotlight grew brighter in 2021 with the ‘Things’ EP on Alan Dixon’s Love Attack Records. Two originals plus remixes from Belgian producer Vhyce pushed the release into Beatport’s Top 10 and won spins from Solomun, Dixon, Dennis Sulta, and Jennifer Cardini.
