Having developed a deep love for music at an early age, Misty (Moustafa Sheta) began his career as Dj & Producer at the age of 15. The Madrid-born – Egyptian started discovering his sound in what was a journey that led him to milestones to date. Over time, his love for deep house matured, and his vision started trickling down into his releases by taming & utilizing bouncy basslines and reviving a love for dancefloor disco and electro, growing his following in the process and eventually turning himself into a staple in Cairo’s bustling electronic music scene. By 2018 he was on WhenWeDip Radio’s list of Main Artists to watch.
In 2021, Misty released his EP “Things” on the iconic Alan Dixon’s label, Love Attack Records, a 4-track EP that included 2 originals and just as many remixes by fellow Belgian producer Vhyce. The feedback for the project was overwhelmingly positive, climbing the Beatport top 10 charts and getting plays from legendary DJ Solomun, and music trickster Denis Sulta.
