As the master rights holder of the track I am submitting, or acting on behalf of the legal entity that owns the rights, I hereby grant to Electronic Groove, EG Podcast, EGroove, and EG en Español (including their SoundCloud, YouTube, and Instagram accounts) a non-exclusive, limited, perpetual, royalty-free license, effective worldwide, to:

• Host and publicly broadcast the track.
• Stream the track.
• Claim and monetize the track on the aforementioned YouTube and SoundCloud accounts.
• Promote the track.
• Synchronize the track with visual works.
• Dispute any and all conflicting ownership claims or third-party claims related to the uploaded track on the aforementioned YouTube and SoundCloud accounts.

By submitting this track, I warrant and guarantee that:

• I am legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
• The submitted content does not contain any third-party copyrighted material or material subject to other third-party proprietary rights that could impact this permission agreement.
• I shall indemnify and forever hold harmless Electronic Groove from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any conflicting ownership claims or any finding that the submitted material infringes upon the rights of any third party.
