Ellen Allien has released her new studio album ‘New Life’ via BPitch. Recorded between Berlin, Miami, and Ibiza, the 10-track LP sees the Berlin-based artist exploring ideas of personal autonomy, collective responsibility, and regeneration through her distinctive techno sound.
Across the album, Allien combines hypnotic rhythms with spoken-word passages and textured sound design, drawing on elements of minimal, darkwave, and euphoric techno. The record includes the previously released single ‘Steh Auf’ alongside tracks such as ‘Cruising’, ‘Be Your Own Leader’, ‘Lights Off’, ‘Wonderful Moment’, ‘Fantazy’, ‘Move It’, ‘Riot’, ‘Mein Herz’, and ‘Bella’.
A central figure in Berlin’s electronic music community for decades, Ellen Allien continues to develop the forward-thinking approach that has defined both her productions and BPitch. With ‘New Life’, she delivers a body of work shaped by themes of empowerment, environmental awareness, and connection through the dancefloor.
