Celebrating the first release with the ‘Meloram’ EP.
Melorama Musica kicks off with ‘Meloram / Blue Sphere’, two tracks produced in collaboration by Ezequiel Arias, Nacho Varela & Cruz Vittor.
The first, ‘Meloram,’ manifests in ripples that fluctuate over a low solid, while gravity-defying melodic spheres expand and contract before exploding in a mesmerizing sequence. The second cut moves in ethereal waters, unfolding over a sonic tapestry that unravels hypnotically. Serene, yet powerful, ‘Blue Sphere’ seduces in a contradictory way, taking away whoever listens.
“With the launch of Melorama, we wanted to show our way of understanding music and the industry. At the same time, we now have a space of creative freedom that allows us to express ourselves in the most sincere way,” Ezequiel Arias commented.
“As we thought about how Melorama would show itself to the world, we came up with the idea that each release should not only be about sound but also invite the listener to explore micro worlds visually,” Nacho Varela comments on the underlying idea of the label. “We choose that each artwork will be a 3D piece in which the artist has total freedom to create it, taking inspiration from the music itself,” Cruz Vittor added.
