After a couple of weeks of closure following up the death of 2 individuals at the London venue, Fabric has published a new statement.
Next to the tragic facts and with a series of events involving renowned worldwide Djs and City authorities, the Islington located club has declared they will be reviewing all the security and drug-related processes in order to prevent acts like the one that happened on past August 6th.
“We know there are always areas where we can improve, and, following the recent tragic deaths, we are undertaking a thorough review of the lessons we can learn. As part of this we are independently reviewing all of our procedures to ensure that we have the best possible processes in place to keep our customers safe.”
In the statement they declare that the club’s number one priority is the safety of their customers and that they are looking to improve their policies in terms of drug-related crimes. Additionally they extended their condolences to the families involved and thanked all the support received through different sources.

Besides the announcement the dance institution recently shared a public petition against their closure at Change.org, encouraging supporters and fans to sign it and making emphasis on Fabric’s importance on London’s nightlife culture.
