‘Amplitude’ is the latest musical offering by Fran Garay. With this EP, he becomes the first guest artist releasing on Melorama outside the main roster, marking a significant milestone for the Argentine imprint.
The opening track, ‘Amplitude’, immerses listeners in a hypnotic and enveloping atmosphere, weaving deep basslines and textured soundscapes into a captivating sonic journey. In contrast, ‘Modularity’ delivers a more dynamic and energetic rhythm, driven by intense percussion and profound nuances perfectly suited for dancefloors.
Reflecting on these productions, Garay shares, “These two tracks were born away from home, far from Argentina. It was a period of personal changes: initially, I felt very melancholic, but after arriving in Playa del Carmen and making new friends, life became happier and more festive. This EP captures that chapter of my life.”
