French duo Polo & Pan, renowned for their “French Touch” genre, recently released a new single titled ‘Carrossel Do Tempo’, featuring Brazilian vocalist Abrão. The single was released on September 6th, 2023 under Ekler’o’shock/Hamburger/Virgin Music, with an EP of the same title scheduled for release on October 6th, 2023.
The regal trumpets of ‘Carrossel Do Tempo’ introduce the silky, inviting narrations of Abrão, also known as “The Tropical Magician,” whose soulful melodies and lyrics evoke the passage of time and its influence on our lives. The arrangements and strings were directed by LA-based Italian composer Daniele Luppi, who has worked with artists such as Danger Mouse, John Legend, Gnarls Barkley, and Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Polo & Pan’s forthcoming EP ‘Carrossel Do Tempo’ follows the global success of previous albums such as ‘Caravelle’ (2017) and ‘Cyclorama’ (2021).
