Fur Coat returns to Watergate Records with its latest release, ‘Wait for Silence’, collaborating with producer Olivier Giacomotto.
‘Wait for Silence’ advances the melodic peak-time techno sound, showcasing their combined technical skill and artistic vision.
Fur Coat, pioneer of melodic techno, helped shape the genre’s distinctive sound through their early Watergate Records releases and having his own label, Oddity Records. Giacomotto, fresh from his successful 2023 imprint debut with Kiko, has quickly become one of the output’s rising stars.
