Every single hit of the brand will be revived.
More than 24 years after its inception, one of the pioneering figures of techno, Gaetano Parisio, has relaunched his Conform Records label. To celebrate, the director will republish his entire previous catalog in two parts: Conform 20th Century (1997-2000), starting May 7th, and Conform 21st Century (2000 – onwards), starting May 21st.
In order to reach a new audience, the pieces have been remastered for a digital format. Fans old and new alike will experience revived cuts from some of the biggest names in the industry including Adam Beyer, Ben Sims, C&G Southsystem (Gaetano Parisio & Marco Carola), Danilo Vigorito, Davide Squillace, Gaetek, Innersound, Markantonio, Stanny Franssen, The Advent, and Qmen.
‘On a journey to educate the next generation of techno fans about the early days of the genre and strip it of its now commercially driven motif, the productions and efforts of Gaetano’s label are created with purity of intent, as he seeks to re-establish the founding purpose of techno; promote creativity, freedom of expression and unity without limits’, they indicate in the press release.
