Global Underground has confirmed a Mexico City stop for the official GU49 album party celebrating Deep Dish’s latest entry in the iconic mix series. Presented in collaboration with Cookie Mexico, the event will take place at Foro Pedregal in CDMX.
The release marks Deep Dish’s return to the Global Underground catalog with ‘GU49 Dublin’, the latest installment in their city mix trilogy following ‘GU21 Moscow’ and ‘GU25 Toronto’. At the event, Sharam and Dubfire will headline a special showcase built around the album’s launch.
Located in the south-west of the city, Foro Pedregal will host Deep Dish for their first appearance at the venue. The event also continues the long-running relationship between Global Underground and Mexico, with local promoter Cookie Mexico once again partnering with the brand for the occasion.
Andy Horsfield, founder of Global Underground, described the event as a celebration of the strong connection between the series and Mexico’s electronic music community, while Cookie Mexico highlighted its longstanding relationship with the brand and the significance of bringing Deep Dish back to the country.
