Golden Gate return with their new single ‘My Name Is Love’, featuring the legendary Inaya Day. Out now via The Disco Express, the track also appears on the label’s 100th compilation, available digitally and on limited double vinyl.
Written and produced in Leeds by Tee Cooper and Harper Lake, the song blends disco warmth and live musicianship, with Inaya Day delivering a powerful vocal rooted in love and faith. “This track totally resonated for me because we’re taught God is love,” says Inaya. “It’s like God talking to me. My name is love. You know what my name is.”
Following their debut ‘Enter The Golden Gate’, which drew support from François K, Danny Krivit, and Mousse T, the duo continues to bring their uplifting sound to clubs and festivals worldwide.
