Through his roles as co-founder and resident DJ of both Soundscapes and Noctuary, Hameed has demonstrated his commitment to fostering emerging talent and building vibrant, artist-centered communities. These platforms have become instrumental in connecting the Middle Eastern electronic music scene with the global stage.
Since 2018, Noctuary has become internationally recognized in electronic music. Soundscapes, starting as a regional event series in 2015, is now an international music and art festival in Zanzibar. 2025 celebrates both its fifth edition and Soundscapes‘ 10-year anniversary.
