Loco Dice has confirmed that his USB stick and a hard drive containing his “entire music collection” were stolen during his set at Fabrique in Milan on Friday, October 10th. According to the artist, the equipment was taken from his tour manager’s bag inside the booth.
“I’m hurt and in shock,” he wrote on Instagram. “Disrespectful actions like this should not happen in our community. I also want to personally apologize to all the artists who put their trust in me with their unreleased music.”
The German DJ called on fans to report anything suspicious: “It is very well known that I play many demos and tracks that you won’t hear anywhere else. If you hear anything that you may know from my sets being played by someone other than me, please get in touch.”
CCTV footage from the booth is currently under review. Loco Dice appealed directly to the person responsible: “You still have time to come forward anonymously and to make this right, please return what’s not yours.”
