How do I buy tickets?+

Open the event page on EG Tickets, choose your ticket type, and complete checkout. You will receive a confirmation email and your ticket will appear in your EG account.

Do I need an account to buy?+

Yes. Tickets are linked to an account so they remain secure and easy to access.

Where is my ticket?+

Your ticket appears in your EG Tickets account and inside the confirmation email.

  • Check spam or junk folders
  • Confirm you used the correct email at checkout
  • Check your bank statement to confirm payment completed
I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?+

Search your inbox and spam folder for the event name. Then log in to your EG account, your ticket may already be there.

If it is still missing, open the support form and include the email used, event name, and date.

What is your refund policy?+

Refund policies are set by the organizer. The policy is displayed on the event page and at checkout before purchase.

Can I transfer my ticket?+

If transfers are enabled by the organizer, you will see a transfer option in your ticket dashboard. If you do not see it, transfers are disabled for that event.

My payment failed. What should I do?+
  • Confirm your billing address is correct
  • Try a different card
  • Disable VPN or ad blockers
  • Contact your bank if they block online purchases
How do tickets work at the door?+

Present the QR code from your EG Tickets account for scanning at the door.

How do I create an account?+

Use the Register option in the menu. Complete the form and confirm your email if required. Once logged in, you can view tickets and manage your profile.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+

Go to the login page and click Lost password. Enter your email and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

If you do not receive the email, check spam or junk folders.

I cannot log in. What should I check first?+
  • Make sure you are using the same email you used at checkout or registration
  • Try resetting your password
  • Disable VPN and retry
  • Try another browser
Can I change my email on my account?+

In many cases you can update account details inside your profile. If you cannot change the email, contact support.

How do I delete my account?+

Use the support form and request account deletion from the email linked to the account. We will verify ownership and process the request.

Yes. You can create early bird, general admission, and VIP tiers. You can set quantities, sale windows, and limits per order.

When do I receive payouts?+

Payout timing depends on your organizer configuration and the event settings. Your dashboard shows expected payout dates.

How do I edit my event after publishing?+

Log in to your organizer dashboard, open your event, and edit details. Some fields may be locked close to the event date to prevent mistakes.

Can I scan tickets at the door?+

Yes. Use the ticket scanning tools to validate QR codes and track entry.

How do refunds work for organizers?+

You set the refund policy per event. You can choose cutoffs and whether requests require approval, depending on your settings.

Can I export sales reports and attendee lists?+

Yes. Export orders, attendee lists, and sales summaries from your organizer dashboard.
