German DJ and producer HOSH and Italian artist 1979 released the official video for their collaborative single ‘Midnight (The Hanging Tree)’ ft. Jalja, released via Three Six Zero Recordings.
The video takes place in an arid and snowy moor, while a rural family does everything possible to survive in a really difficult setting. These images are accompanied by the soundscape of the track created by HOSH and 1979, which has successfully connected with their audience.
‘I’m really excited about this video. The storm that happens in the video fits in very well with the moments we are currently living in, and life requires a little bit more from all of us. (…) This was not planned, so it is a little awkward, but at the same time it’s poetic’, admits HOSH.
