Michael Dodman, known to most as Huxley, takes the reins of the EG Podcast series with a fresh new mix, now streaming via EG SoundCloud and Mixcloud platforms.

In his own words, “This mix captures what I am playing and making right now. Chunky house built for the club, rolling basslines, and low-slung, heavy-set grooves.” The session features two unreleased Huxley tracks, a remix for Greta Levska on Get Physical, a Steve Bug collaboration on Pokerflat, and a new cut from his latest ‘Rekids’ EP, offering a direct window into his current sonic vision.

The mix includes selections from River People, Superwow, Dick Johnson, Santos, Modal, Cinthie, Bakkis, Toomy Disco, Catz ‘n Dogz, Nala, Papa Nugs, Housey Doingz, Mercy Street with Michelle Ndegwa, Street Slang, and SHEE. It also features material from Huxley’s Dumb Safari label, including tracks by Toomy Disco and Bakkis remixed by Vampire Sex.

With over a decade of experience behind him, Huxley continues to balance house, techno, UK bass, and left-of-center ideas with a signature touch. His past catalog includes releases on Aus Music, Toolroom, Knee Deep In Sound, Moon Harbour, and more, along with his debut LP for Aus. Whether on festival stages or in intimate basements, Huxley’s sets deliver honest energy and sharp instincts, always grounded in groove.
