Following a string of Summer hits with the releases of ‘Can’t Wait’ and ‘Supersonic’, Huxley is back on the scene with the launch of his own imprint, Dumb Safari.
Inspired by one of Huxley’s earlier breakthrough releases, Dumb Safari has already unveiled its first release with the drop of ‘AFN’, a pounding dark funk one-off cut that sets the label’s parameters.
“The plan of the label is an outlet for my own music and other producers who I really believe in, old and new. I’ve been looking for a home for some of my stuff that I feel fit nowhere else, so the plan is to find like-minded artists to grow our own sound and vibe. Give producers an outlet to find their feet and allow them to be interesting and creative, allowing them to go between the vast boundaries of House / Techno / UKG and beyond.” explains Huxley.
