Beatport Presents IMS Dubai will return to the MENA region on November 13th and 14th, 2025, hosting its second edition at the 25hours Hotel, One Central. The two-day summit will once again explore the intersections of music, culture, finance, and technology, with a focus on talent and topics emerging across the SWANA region.
This year’s event will be co-hosted by IMS co-founder and BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong alongside Saudi-born, UK-based artist and presenter Nooriyah. The first round of speakers includes Nicole Moudaber, Bedouin, Misty, HUGEL, Rolbac, and DJ Jade, with contributions from leading organizations such as Meta, Beatport, Factory People, AddMind, EMPIRE, and Berklee Abu Dhabi.
“The launch of Beatport Presents IMS Dubai last year showed just how much energy, creativity, and ambition exists in our community in the SWANA region,” said Pete Tong. “Electronic music here is on an exciting upward trajectory… Beatport Presents IMS Dubai provides the perfect backdrop to bring our values to life while showcasing and celebrating the amazing music and talent emerging from the region.”
Key themes this year include diaspora identity, AI in music, homegrown festivals, and the ‘habibification’ of house music. A dedicated Finance & Technology room will spotlight developments in web3, gaming, and investment, with more speakers to be announced. The summit will also see the launch of the MENA Women in Music mentorship program powered by Little Pink Book.
Nooriyah added: “This summit provides a platform to celebrate incredible artists, amplify the voices of the region, and create meaningful connections that will help shape the future of our culture across SWANA and beyond.”
Evening events will run throughout the city, including Beatport Live at Monkey Bar, and partner showcases at Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience, Surf Club, Be Beach, Reunion, and Helipad from November 12–16.
