Jeremy Olander has released his debut album ‘When The Rain Falls’, marking a milestone moment in the Swedish artist’s career. Out now via his Vivrant imprint, the record arrives 15 years after his first breakthrough release on Eric Prydz’s Pryda Friends.

Opening the album is the focus single ‘Arrival’, a cinematic composition built around sweeping atmospherics, restrained tension, and a gradual melodic progression. The track sets the tone for the project, introducing the reflective and narrative-driven approach that shapes the album’s direction.

‘When The Rain Falls’ was written during a period of personal change for Olander, including sobriety and becoming a father. These experiences informed the project’s themes of renewal, identity, and creative reset, leading the producer to move away from strictly club-oriented formats toward a more album-focused structure.

Speaking about the project, Olander shared: “This album means a lot to me beyond the music itself. It’s a closing and an opening. The end of the first chapter of my career and my life, and the beginning of the next. I started it at a time when I was stuck in a destructive headspace, and I finished it piece by piece as things improved and I made some necessary changes. It’s very personal, so putting it out there feels both scary and incredibly exciting.”

Across ten tracks, the album moves between club momentum and introspective passages. Cuts such as ‘Stardust’, ‘In Limbo’, ‘Kameleon’, and ‘Turbo’ reflect different facets of Olander’s production approach, while ‘Mechon’ and the collaborative single ‘Apollo’ with Moontalk connect the project to his dancefloor roots. The record closes with the title track ‘When The Rain Falls’, bringing the album to a reflective conclusion.
