‘Burning’ finds Jimi Jules in complete control of the narrative, as he delivers a captivating and compelling vocal performance that takes center stage, touching on a personal life story about ‘communication, equality, compassion and a homage to a free spiritual soul’. Innervision’s Dixon had a hand in the track as an executive producer, while the artwork concept was designed by Trevor Jackson.
