Joy Orbison shares new single ‘2M3 2U’

Inspired by “hyperpop”.

Joy Orbison has unveiled his latest single with the drop of ‘2M3 2U’. The new recording is already available to stream and purchase across all major platforms via XL Recordings.

According to Orbison (real name Peter O’Grady), the new single is “a bit of a UK take on hyperpop”, and follows up on the release of ‘Rose Rogue’, which featured vocalist Jorja Smith.

“Interesting top lines seem to be a bit absent in my world these days and I’ve definitely been influenced by contemporary drum & bass and their endless search for the catchiest wobble,” says Joy Orbison.

Along with the new single, O’Grady has also made available some limited edition T-shirts with the cover art. You can find them here.
