Kappa FuturFestival: An exciting and massive experience in Torino

Over 200 artists were included in the three-day music extravaganza.

The  Kappa FuturFestival returned to the Italian city of Torino with its biggest lineup to date on its 11th edition, kicking off the country’s summer season in an exhilarating style.

From July 5th to the 7th,  thousands of electronic music enthusiasts cluttered the iconic  Parco Dora venue with excitement and high energy expecting a new edition of the annual renowned celebration.  With 157 nationalities involved, we witnessed a massive movement of attendees eager to dance till midnight, split into the six different stages the event has to offer for three consecutive days and nights.

Led by the recognizable Futur stage, the gigantic post-industrial space surrounded by 30-meter-high steel pillars, the organization brought some stellar performances of various top-notch acts including Black Coffee, Mochakk, WhoMadeWho, The Black Madonna, Seth Troxler, Tale Of Us,  Purple Disco Machine, and a special reunion of Solomun, Four  Tet, Skrillex, Floating Points, and Anyma that lighted Friday’s night with a memorable ending.

As we rounded through the place we appreciated every stage, which were close to each other, and carefully designed with cutting-edge state-of-the-art production, including the already mentioned Futur one, plus the others:  Solar, Voyager, Nova, Kosmo, and Starship, hosting an extensive list of talents and electronic music figures including  Carl Cox B2B ANNA, Adam Beyer, Adiel B2B Hector Oaks, DJ Holographic, Andrea Oliva B2B Nic Fanciulli, Carista, Pan-Pot, Honey Dijon, Jeff Mills, Jamie Jones, Lp Giobbi Live, Nico Moreno, Nicolas Lutz, Bonobo DJ Set B2B DJ Tennis,  Enrico Sangiuliano,  Kevin De Vries, Maceo Plex, Nina Kraviz, Paco Osuna, Patrick Mason,  Tini Gessler, Kobosil b2b Clara Cuvé, and many more.

Other amenities we found interesting were the varied and quality selection of worldwide food and wine around the festival. These included the ‘Art & Techno’  pairing, giving culture enthusiasts preferred access to Torino’s expansive art scene.

Looking back it was a special weekend filled with all kinds of electronic music genres and the Italian touch we all love, definitely the KappaFutur  Festival is an experience we will repeat next year.

2025 dates have been already announced and we can’t wait to be back on the imponent Futur stage. For more info click here.  Ci vediamo futur people!
