Electronic duo Kasablanca has unveiled their cover of The Prodigy’s legendary 1996 hit, ‘Breathe.’ This reimagining is the fourth single from their upcoming debut album ‘Higher Resolution’ (Side A). Blending nostalgic reverence with contemporary flair, the album is set for release on October 4th, 2024, followed by a North American tour.

Kasablanca’s interpretation of ‘Breathe’ offers a fresh take on the classic, seamlessly fusing elements of acid house and techno to create a modern mainstage anthem. This release follows their previous album singles, including collaborations with Lane 8 on ‘Remission’ and anamē on ‘Daydream,’ as well as the solo track ‘Terminal Feeling.’

‘Breathe,’ from The Prodigy’s 1996 album ‘The Fat of the Land,’ became an instant classic, topping UK charts and earning double platinum status. Kasablanca’s cover, which debuted at the 2023 Group Therapy Weekender, captivated audiences at the Gorge Amphitheater.

The cover went viral, garnering millions of views across social media platforms. It became the most shared electronic music video on Instagram by a melodic techno artist in 2023. The Prodigy endorsed this official release, which evolved from an impromptu live performance.
