Danish DJ and producer Kölsch has announced a deluxe edition of his album ‘KINEMA’, set for release on March 19th via Kompakt. The first preview, a remix of ‘Waste My Time’ by Chris Avantgarde, is available now.
The expanded version of ‘KINEMA’ introduces a new chapter in Kölsch’s cinematic techno journey. Leading the rollout is Chris Avantgarde’s melodic take on ‘Waste My Time’, which adds a tense, emotive edge to the original. Known for his genre-blending style and work with artists like Anyma and Kevin de Vries, Avantgarde delivers a remix that sets the tone for the deluxe release.
Originally released in 2023, ‘KINEMA’ showcased Kölsch’s flair for melody and atmosphere, drawing inspiration from the emotional resonance of film. The album featured collaborations with artists including Stephan Bodzin, Sasha, and pianist Gregor Schwellenbach.
