Laurent Garnier shares new single with psych rock duo The Limiñanas

French icon Laurent Garnier has revealed details of his latest project, a full-lenght album recorded in collaboration with fellow countrymen and psych-rock band The Limiñanas. The LP, titled ‘De Pelicula’ will be available via Because Music on September 10th.

‘I didn’t want to make a track with a techno beat,’ explains Garnier about ‘De Película’. ‘It really didn’t have a place on this album I thought. Lionel had put a few in and I cleared all that out. I wanted to stay within the Limiñanas world, rather than bring them crashing into techno-land.’

Laurent & The Limiñanas already shared the second single from ‘De Pelicula’. Titled ‘Que Calor!’ and featuring Edi Pistolas on vocals, the new cut follows up on ‘Saul’, which was revealed back in April.
