Metrozubdivision presents their latest EP, ‘Another Self Echoes the Butcher’s Dream.’ This project takes listeners on an introspective journey through the labyrinth of human consciousness, drawing inspiration from Joseph Campbell’s ‘hero’s journey’ concept.

The EP showcases international collaboration through modern technology. Bobby and Gabriel initiated the project in Santiago, Chile. Chofa Loero in Barcelona added acoustic guitar, while Aldo Lamana in Berlin contributed bass, echoing their previous work on ‘Dreams.’

Miami-based childhood friend and producer Dario Adames enhanced the rhythmic depth with acoustic drums and oversaw the final production and mix. The journey culminated in Buenos Aires, where Hernán Asconiga at Estudios La Jungla provided mastering, bringing the project to its full sonic potential.

Rooted in alternative rock, the EP blends diverse influences including French new wave, David Bowie, and The Smile. It leans towards a more organic sound with acoustic guitars and rich vocals.
