Roy Rosenfeld has unveiled his latest release entitled ‘Forgotten / Hello,’ marking the second offering on Guy J’s newly established Early Morning label.
The 17-minute EP showcases Rosenfeld’s clear production skills. ‘Forgotten’ weaves indigenous percussion with ritualistic atmospheres, building through distinct phases toward a crescendo of deep chords and tribal rhythms.
‘Hello’ merges ’80s arcade-inspired lo-fi sounds with modern beats and ethnic percussion, creating a captivating fusion of traditional and contemporary dance elements.
Across both tracks, Rosenfeld blends traditional, futuristic, and vintage synth elements.
