Her experiences have shaped Sophia Sigmas’s journey from classical music to electronic artistry. Born into a musical family, her talents were nurtured at a conservatory under her father’s guidance. She discovered a deep affinity for melody’s expressive power through exploring piano, guitar, and violin.
Her travels across Europe enriched her musical palette. In the Netherlands, Sophia discovered electronic music—a pivotal moment that shaped her future career. Using a DDJ controller, she began crafting a unique sound that blends her diverse experiences into captivating compositions.
2024 looks promising for Sophia Sigma, featuring a collaboration with the Solamente label and Deborah De Luca. Her music has gained recognition from respected labels such as Solamente, DNRCRDS, Simmetry Sounds, Berlin Techno Music, and Critical Sound Records.
