Brazilian techno powerhouse ANNA has unveiled two new takes on Orbital’s hit, ‘Belfast’. The new drop comes almost 30 years after the original version hit shelves and decks, captivating clubbers thought the globe.
While she was only 6 years old when ‘Belfast’ saw its release, the artist has a clear understanding of Orbital’s vision as she revamps the track into a gripping, techno remix that strolls over tribal percussive patterns, underpinning the iconic melody created by the duo.
A second remix sees the artist diving deep in ambient, stripping the production down to its core, focusing on a more enigmatic feel for a fascinating take.
