Australian producer Arky Waters has unveiled his latest single, ‘Roadkilla.’ This fresh track, now available through Mammal Sounds Records, marks the artist’s venture into the world of UK Garage.
‘Roadkilla’ is set to feature on Waters’ forthcoming EP, following his successful dance, breaks, and techno-infused singles ‘We Ain’t Like Dem’ and ‘Blessings.’ This new offering showcases the producer’s versatility and eagerness to explore diverse electronic music genres.
Reflecting on his creative process, Waters shared, “It’s a super fun track I made when I first started getting into UKG. A lot of my friends were introducing me to records from labels like ec2a and Time Is Now. I loved the idea of these ‘dubplates’ and how they would release limited runs of tracks on USBs that would sell out super quick. I’m very much dipping my toes into this culture and wanted to express my own take on it.”
