Just weeks after introducing her sound with ‘Rage’, Eora/Sydney-based DJ and producer Monster Machine returns with ‘Losing my mind’, the next single from her upcoming debut EP, ‘EXALTED’.
Blending cinematic tension with a 140-style drop, ‘Losing my mind’ showcases Monster Machine’s continued exploration of bass-driven club music. The track draws inspiration from RL Grime, Nitepunk, and Knock2, while incorporating her own melodic influences. Built on razor-sharp sound design and hypnotic motifs, the new single expands on the intensity of her debut and reveals a deeper layer of her vision.
“‘Losing my mind’ is the next instalment of my foray into making bass music. It blends my love for the Arabic scale, with a darker, grittier and crunchy 140-style drop,” she shares.
