Steve Bug returns to his label Poker Flat with ‘Come On’, a new collaborative single with longtime studio partner Huxley.
‘Come On’ draws inspiration from the golden era of US house, delivering a tight, groove-forward track built around a ravey vocal loop, shimmering chords, and precise, funky percussion. The original version nods to the foundational energy of early house while remaining fully club-focused.
CASSIMM steps in on remix duties, amplifying the old-school spirit with a techier twist. His rework introduces driving low-end pressure and hypnotic synth stabs, offering a sharper, modern update while preserving the nostalgic vibe of the original.
