New York producer and DJ Ma Sha has announced her upcoming five-track EP, ‘Hexacorallia,’ scheduled for release on July 10, 2026, via Nerve Collect. Ahead of the launch, the Kindergarten Records co-founder has shared the lead single, ‘Total Energy.’
The project marks Ma Sha’s debut on the Dutch imprint. The single ‘Total Energy’ features rolling drums, a swinging groove, and descending synth leads. Musically, the EP draws inspiration from marine ecosystems and fluid dynamics, focusing on elastic structures and unpredictable rhythms influenced by the artist’s background in breakdancing. The record also includes a collaboration with Bristol producer Hodge.
Ma Sha has established herself as a key figure in the New York underground scene through Kindergarten, the party and label platform she co-founded in 2017. Her previous discography includes releases on respected imprints such as Steel City Dance Discs, Nervous Horizon, and TraTraTrax.
