South African duo Major League DJz have reimagined the iconic house anthem ‘Most Precious Love’ with their signature Amapiano sound. This remix marks the third single from the ‘Amapiano to Ibiza’ EP, following remixes by Rosey Gold and DBN Gogo.
The original track—a collaboration between Blaze, Barbara Tucker, and U.D.A.U.F.L.—has been a staple in the dance music scene since its release by King Street Sounds in 2004. It topped Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart in 2005 and later claimed the number-one spot in the UK with a Freemasons remix in 2006.
Now, as ‘Most Precious Love’ celebrates its 20th anniversary, Major League DJz’s remix showcases the enduring appeal of house music while introducing it to a new generation of listeners. The duo’s interpretation blends deep basslines, rhythmic percussion, and subtle piano melodies, creating an infectious and emotive version that honors the original while pushing musical boundaries.
