Max Styler has officially launched his new label and creative platform, Nu Moda, with the release of its first single, ‘You & Me’. The track is out now on Nu Moda, ahead of the imprint’s debut event on December 3rd, 2025, at Floyd during Art Basel in Miami.
A decade into a career marked by reinvention, Styler envisions Nu Moda as more than a record label. “Nu Moda is for me, my friends, and artists who inspire me,” he says. “It’s a place to push boundaries, whether that be their production ability, style, or who they are as people.”
‘You & Me’ blends the sonic elements that have defined Styler’s output with a fresh energy and new textures. “There was only ever one record that I wanted to launch my label with,” he explains. “From the studio to the first time playing it live, it held an energy that felt fresh and intriguing. It fuses a lot of the sonic elements I’ve become known for while touching on some new textures, which is something I try to do with every new track. Listen, it’s just You & Me… and this is the Nu Moda.”
The label’s identity reaches beyond music, rooted in urban aesthetics and subcultural reference points. With bold iconography and handcrafted typography, Nu Moda’s artwork incorporates embedded symbols and emotive imagery meant to trigger memory and feeling—reflecting the sonic philosophy behind its sound.
