After three successful years in Lisbon, the MEO Kalorama festival is bringing its blend of music and culture to the city capital of Spain. The event is scheduled to take place at IFEMA Madrid on the 29th, 30th, and 31st of August.

Audiences can anticipate an eclectic mix of both established and emerging artists. This includes trip-hop pioneers Massive Attack and The Smile, which features Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood from Radiohead. Other acts to hit the stage include LCD Soundsystem, Sam Smith, indie duo The Kills, and the band Jungle.

For jazz enthusiasts, performances from Mercury Prize winners Ezra Collective are on the schedule. Electronic music fans can look forward to Peggy Gou’s hits, while Fever Ray and Yard Act are set to deliver captivating performances in the avant-garde pop genre.

The festival will also mark Gossip’s return after 12 years and feature up-and-coming artists such as Olivia Dean and English Teacher.
