Michael Tello, known for his work with PillowTalk, steps into the spotlight under his solo alias Lil’T with the release of his debut album, ‘Back 2 the Future’.

The 10-track LP offers a genre-blending exploration of electronica, indie dance, future house, dub, and garage, brought to life through rich collaborations and heartfelt songwriting.

Crafted over two decades, ‘Back 2 the Future’ reflects Tello’s deep commitment to beat-making, vocal production, and sonic storytelling. From the dubby spoken word of opener ‘Mamma Knows Best’ featuring Aquarius Heaven, to the cosmic consciousness of ‘Open Your 3rd Eye’ with Tone of Arc, Hannah Noelle, and Lionize, each track unfolds a unique narrative.

Highlights include the filtered grooves of ‘Eyes Wide Shut’, produced with Tone of Arc, and the ’80s-tinged synth funk of ‘C 2 Believe’ with Wolf + Lamb and Sammy D. The title track ‘Back 2 the Future’ sees Lil’T himself on vocals, channeling dancefloor energy with a futuristic twist.

The album also pays tribute to late artist Big $exy with the emotionally resonant ‘Don’t Make Me Wait’, and closes on the dubby, trumpet-laced ‘Super Sound Boy’, featuring Hannah Noelle and Greg Paulus.
