London-based producer Frank Colucci is set for his debut as Modern Modern Life. As a producer, songwriter, and session musician for a number of artists, Colucci’s background in music is rich and expansive, and so Frank is now poised to release his first EP, ‘The Hard Copy’.
In line with the announcement, Colucci also shared a new single titled ‘How Ya Been’, which is the third cut to see the light from the upcoming ‘The Hard Copy’. ‘For me, it encapsulates the feeling of missing someone you care deeply for and not being able to see them, set against the craziness of the world at the time,’ the artist muses about the track, which accompanied by a self-made visualizer.
Written during the first lockdown in 2020, the six-track EP is brimming with nods to Maribou State, Caribou, and Bonobo, and the music feels rich and expansive.
