Neil ‘Nail’ Tolliday, known as one half of the British duo Bent, has launched a new project titled Mondo Love & Betrayal alongside singer-songwriter Henry Claude Scott.
The pair introduce the project with their debut single ‘Correspondence,’ released today through the Ibiza-based label NuNorthern Soul.
The collaboration began when Tolliday approached Scott to contribute a guitar to the new material. The sessions developed into a songwriting partnership, leading to the formation of Mondo Love & Betrayal. ‘Correspondence’ became the first track completed during those sessions.
Built around synth-driven arrangements and layered vocals, the track draws influence from classic synth pop structures while maintaining a relaxed rhythmic framework.
Early support for the single has included airplay from Bill Brewster and Macca on NTS Radio.
Mondo Love & Betrayal are preparing their debut album, scheduled for release later in 2026 via NuNorthern Soul.
‘Correspondence’ is available now. Stream and download here.
