Renowned musician and producer, Moritz von Oswald, is preparing to release his new album entitled ‘Silencio,’ on November 10th, 2023 via the record label, Tresor.
The LP features a captivating collaboration with the 16-voice Vocalconsort Berlin choir, delving into the intriguing realm of human and artificial sound. Drawing inspiration from influential composers like Edgard Varèse, György Ligeti, and Iannis Xenakis, ‘Silencio’ explores the convergence and divergence of these sounds across 11 tracks.
‘Silencio’ marks von Oswald’s first solo release since his 2017 collaboration with Kyrgyzstani outfit, Ordo Sakhna.
