Since debuting in 2021 with ‘Stars Wrapped in Skin’, she has carved out a sound that fuses melancholic songwriting with melodic techno and experimental club textures. Releases on Anjunadeep, Stil vor Talent, This Never Happened, and Gardens of Babylon followed, placing her on global stages from Ibiza’s Club Chinois to Dockville, Scorpios, and ADE.
Her background in indie and folk-pop still runs through her music, but it’s filtered through club structures and an unmistakable emotional depth. With her new EP ‘Dawn’ — out now via Universal Music Switzerland — Polké dives deeper into her studio instincts, balancing vulnerability and drive across five atmospheric cuts.
To mark the release, she shares 10 tracks currently inspiring her, from delicate electronica to groove-led club moments — a window into the music that shapes her world, both on and off stage.
1. Christian Löffler – No Distance Can Dim Our Light (feat. Adna)
“This track feels so honest and real. Such a touching track!”
2. Natascha Polké – Let Myself Go
“It’s my sundown moment on my EP Dawn and it’s a lighter contrast to the darker tracks on the EP.”
3. Tim Green – The Sirens
“I love the chords progression of this track so much.”
4. Catching Flies, Parra for Cuva – On A Clear Day, You Can See Forever
“The Kalimba running through this track just steals my heart, it’s so gentle and beautiful. Catching Flies and Parra for Cuva are such a perfect pairing.”
5. Economist Alexandros Miaris – A Different Frame (Mita Game Remix)
“The beat is so groovy, it’s impossible not to move.”
6. Natascha Polké – Find Me
“I think it’s one of my favourite tracks to play live at the moment, as it’s full of contrasting emotions. It’s intimate and honest and yet carries a certain type of drive.”
7. PÆDE, Enzo Siffredi, Noxx, Cesaar – Another Day
“This one is pure feel-good energy. The vocals and production melt together beautifully, and the drop has this freeing, weight-off-your-shoulders moment.”
8. JOSEPH (CH) – Scoopy (AYOUBYME Remix)
“I’m obsessed with the sound design in this track, the pitch-bent bass and those drone textures are incredible. And the atmospheric elements hold everything in such a beautiful space. I think the beauty in this track lies in the details which I really love.”
9. Tory Lanez – The Colour Violet
“A little outside my usual world, but that topline just hits differently! I love the bittersweet vibe and the melodies are absolutely incredible.”
10. Nils Hoffmann – Hiding Place
“I’m touring with Nils at the moment, and this track gets me every single time he plays it.”
