Native Instruments has rolled out version 3.1 of their flagship production software, bringing two major features to the Maschine 3 platform. The update, which comes at no additional cost to existing users, introduces custom user chords for expanded harmonic possibilities, alongside a new fullscreen mode.
Since its launch last November, Maschine 3 has offered stem separation, which automatically splits audio files into components like drums, bass, and vocals. The software also features upgraded MIDI editing, per-scene tempo adjustments, and integration with the Kontrol S-Series MK3.
Native Instruments has hinted at additional updates coming throughout the year.
