Native Instruments has unveiled its latest DJ controller, the Traktor MX2. The two-channel device is available now.
Designed for both seasoned DJs and emerging selectors, the Traktor MX2 integrates a range of performance-focused features. The unit includes a single mixer FX dial with nine one-knob effects, as well as two assignable FX units offering over 40 studio-grade effects including filters, reverbs, and delays.
Among its standout capabilities is support for stems, enabling live remixing by isolating vocals, drums, bass, and instruments. A pattern player transforms pads into a step sequencer, while a hot cues feature allows users to jump directly to key track moments. An illuminated base also signals when a track is nearing its end or looping.
Built for flexibility, the MX2 features a 24-bit/96kHz audio interface suited for everything from home sessions to club environments. Touch-sensitive jog wheels provide detailed control for nudging, scratching, and scrolling, and also offer a Turntable mode for a tactile experience.
Each purchase includes the full version of Traktor Pro 4, with new customers receiving a two-month Beatport Streaming trial.
