The piece documents the preparation behind the iconic shows at Teatro Colon.
Back in February 2018, Argentine DJ Hernan Cattaneo took the stage of one of Buenos Aires’ most mythical venues, the world-renowned Teatro Colon, over 4 nights, for a unique show where he reinterpreted electronic music classics with an orchestra of 50 musicians directed by Gerardo Gardelin.
Fast forward three years down the line, and now streaming giant Netflix is hosting a 40-minute documentary where you can see the production behind ‘Connected’ up close, and learn more about the driving force that made it all happen.
Featuring exclusive commentary by Hernan, and other protagonists like Baunder & Oliverio from Soundexile, invited artist Nick Warren, set designer Sergio Lacroix, and Gerardo Gardelin himself, the documentary offers a deep insight into all the angles that made ‘Connected’ a massive landmark in Cattaneo’s career.
