Chicago’s Auris Presents has unveiled the inaugural edition of TRANSITIONS, a new citywide festival set to take over seven venues from December 26, 2025, through January 1, 2026.

The debut lineup features over 70 artists, including Four Tet, Cloonee, Chris Lorenzo, Adam Beyer, Purple Disco Machine, Claude VonStroke, and Dylan Brady.

Spanning seven days and nights, TRANSITIONS introduces a new multi-venue concept for New Year’s Week in the United States, with events scheduled across Radius, Cermak Hall, Concord Music Hall, Prysm (SERUM), Smoke & Mirrors, Spybar, and Outset. Themed around transformation and inspired by Underground Resistance’s classic ‘Transition’, the festival explores states of matter—solid, liquid, vapor—as metaphors for musical and personal evolution.

Radius will host large-scale showcases with Chris Lorenzo, Cloonee, Four Tet, Beltran, Dylan Brady, and a Defected takeover featuring Purple Disco Machine, Claude VonStroke, and Never Dull. Meanwhile, Cermak Hall features Kobosil, Cera Khin B2B ZORZA, Chloé Caillet, Floorplan, and Cosimea’s Azzecca.

Elsewhere in the city, Concord welcomes Matroda, AIROD, Andre Power, and more, while SERUM highlights include Ben Klock, Kevin de Vries, Hannah Laing, and Yotto’s ANTI project. Additional events span TRUST at Smoke & Mirrors, Boots NYE at Outset, and genre-spanning sets at Spybar from CHKLTE, GENESI, Pauza, and Matt Sassari.

Auris will also revive its DAY ONE marathon on January 1st with a 21-hour session at Prysm, featuring Adam Beyer, Derrick Carter, DJ Tennis, Gene Farris, Kevin de Vries, Noizu, Kyle Watson, and surprise guests.
