A proper inspiration for both artists.
Stil Vor talent partners Oliver Koletzki and Niko Schwind just revealed their latest venture produced together in South Africa.
The new album is entitled ‘Noordhoek’ and was done after the duo got locked for a month in a cabin at Noordhoek, Cape Town. An exotic region surrounded by beaches, mountain views and the heritage of indigenous people who have lived in those places previously.
“Niko and I traveled to South Africa with our studio for a month last year to write music – and we had the time of our lives. Listening to the album, I think you’ll be able to hear just how incredible an experience the trip was for us” says Oliver Koletzki.
The LP features emotional depth and electronic floor-focus of its twelve tracks effortlessly merging with complex rhythmic textures to form a contemporary narrative on ancient dance rituals.
‘Noordhoek’ will be out May 25th on Stil Vor Talent.
