Indian producer and live act OX7GEN announces the launch of his own imprint, Fresh Air Records, with the release of his new four-track EP, ‘Stomp Nouveau’, to be out on April 30th, 2025. The first single, ‘Cruise Control’, is now available and features vocals from Goa-based DJ and vocalist Anushka.
Track ‘I/O’ delivers festival-ready energy with heavy beats and synths. ‘Cruise Control’ features Anushka’s vocal hook over pulsing grooves. ‘Sentinels’ builds melodic tension with dreamy atmospheres, while ‘Wolves II’ combines D&B influences with techno.
“This EP is a special one for me as I start a new journey with the label,” says OX7GEN. “The four tracks are quite different from each other but still carry that distinct OX7GEN DNA. Fresh Air Records will be a home for quirky, fierce, and emotive music that doesn’t sit within genre boundaries.”
OX7GEN (aka Aditya Ashok) blends drum & bass, techno, and club music, with releases on Hospital, RAM, and HE.SHE.THEY., including a U2 remix. Fresh Air Records will serve as his platform to experiment and showcase emerging Indian underground talent.
