Argentine duo PAAX presents their latest session for the EG Podcast series, now available on SoundCloud and Mixcloud. Known for their fusion of ethnic, hypnotic, and progressive sounds, the mix showcases their global influences and deep connection to contemporary dance music.
“This mix is composed of a selection of songs by us and other artists with ethnic, hypnotic, and progressive grooves,” PAAX commented. The set blends immersive rhythms with uplifting energy, reflecting the duo’s experience performing across high-end venues, large-scale festivals, and now as residents at Scorpios.
The tracklist features music by Roderic, Draoui, ARTYDAL, HBB, The Oddness, Tutchev Space, Ali Farahani, Nicolas Viana, Anonimat, and Grance & Soulmac, along with several original works by PAAX including ‘Music Speaks’, ‘Sudden Summer’, and a collaboration with Nick Varon on ‘St Joan (Frequent Sync Remix)’.
After years rooted in Mexico, PAAX — whose name means “making music” in Mayan — is now based in Spain. Whether performing DJ sets or live as a band, Nicolas and German continue to deliver joy-filled performances that resonate with global audiences.
